I made an email inquiry regarding a trip and received a response with a phone call the very next morning confirming the addresses I provided for pick up and drop off were ok. My pickup address was in a rather remote area of Maryland so I had concerns it was too far or worse, I would somehow get stranded there the morning of pick up. The driver called me days before the pick up to confirm all was ok and even arrived 20 min early. The SUV was clean and there was plenty of room for three adults, some luggage, and even a small dog. Service was impeccable. I spent the weekend at a new Airbnb and I’ve already shared the driver’s contacts as a reliable shuttle service for the house’s future bookings. Thank you!!
